INSIDE WESTWING: Outdoor-Team Events ❤
The Westwing HR Team pulled off a few wonderful team events in Q3 of 2021. We were divided into groups and got half a day off to do our outdoor activities in our teams. Sounds like a lot of fun, right? Of course, we also followed the country-specific Corona guidelines and only held our team events in small groups. The majority of our groups spent their team event outdoors on one of our beautiful Bavarian lakes.
One group rented stand-up paddleboards and floated around Lake Tegernsee, others rented a boat with a skipper and cruised around Chiemsee or Tegernsee. One team even opted for a proper sailboat on Tegernsee. Tres chic! As to be expected, swimming, drinks aboard and food in the harbour were enjoyed by all. While planning ahead was tough this rainy summer, the teams crossed their fingers just hard enough to stumble into some sunny days. 😊
Thank you to Westwing for the half day off we got to spend with our lovely colleagues to do some awesome team building activities!
