Meet Sina, Junior Talent Acquisition Manager: “I started my journey at Westwing in December 2021 as an Intern in the Talent Acquisition Team. After my internship I had the #opportunity to join Westwing as a Junior Talent Acquisition Manager. Now, I am responsible for the end-to-end recruiting including candidate selection, conducting HR interviews, #collaborating with hiring managers, supporting our employer branding strategy, and aligning with external job platform providers for the Westwing Delivery Service. What I like most about #Westwing is the ‘everything is possible’ mentality. Furthermore, I am grateful for the support, #appreciation, and motivation which are important parts of our working culture.”
